TripBookFly.com's confirmation email stated my airline fare was not guaranteed even though I had just purchased it and that they would follow up with me shortly to confirm my information. I researched online and realized this was a scam tactic whereby they would call me to ask for a higher price. I also confirmed that the airline's website showed prices were significantly higher than what I paid. I immediately called TripBookFly's customer service line and requested to cancel the "booking." They processed my request without pushback and issued a cancellation email stating they would not charge my card. The customer service agent spoke with a thick accent and seemed to have memorized key lines and background sounds suggested he was in a crowded room at times walking inside and outside a space.
