Have received multiple letters from 'Cardholder Services Disputes' claiming to be contacting me on behalf of my financial institution about charges made to my debit card that may be fradulent. They give a case number each time and have the last four digits of my debit card. The phone numbers they give for contact are 833-735-1894 and 973-682-2652 and that is the only contact info they give, no email or website is listed. I have received at least six of these letters I think, most at my previous address, and now I received one at my new address as well. It's annoying and a little unnerving how persistent they are despite me ignoring the letters because I know my credit union would contact me directly and not through a third party. My sister has received them as well and we have made our family aware of the letters. I have never called the numbers knowing it is a scam but it wouldn't surprise me if they have successfully gotten information from someone calling in a panic, especially with so many people getting their cards hacked recently.
