I was contacted by a collection agency in November about a debt that I owe, he gave me his name an number to reach him, he is in Texas Javier 214-245-4435. I set up payments with my debit card. I called Javier to stop payments left messages but the 2 payments still went through. I called the number that shows up on my bank statement an it was always disconnected. I can't reach anyone. My bank also stated they couldn't do anything.
