Am I being scammed

My friend (name withheld)told me bout Francis Gilbert and told me to tell her bout this lady who took my money and I got nothing back from doing what she wanted me to do.i spent half my SSI money on gift cards and got nothing no grant money like I was promised.she kept asking for more gift cards,codes, picture I'd etc.,then I had to go to a store where there was a Bitcoin machine and send the money through the Bitcoin machine after with drawing the money out of my account, later be accused of stealing the money which came from someone's bank account.So I told her I'm done not doing this anymore.but it didn't stop there next day she told me to go to the store and get a card for$200 which I didn't have and she said if I didn't I would be going to jail
But I didn't get the card and told her I'm done leave me alone not doing this again.

I friend gave me this link to apply for federal government assistance program. So I clicked on it. Francis Gilbert gave me an application to fill out. I filled it out. Name, address, phone, email, monthly income, a picture of me holding my ID drivers license. She took about 5 to 7 minutes and got back to me with an approval. I was amazed because I thought I would be overqualified. She then asked me what award would I like. And the amounts went from $30000 to $1000000. And I would have to pay a fee upfront and I would have my money in 4 hours. That sent an alarm go off in my head. But I chose the least amount, $1500 for $30000. Then she said what was closest to me Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, or Food Lion. I said CVS. She then said go there and get 3 $500 American Express gift card and receipt and get right back to her immediately. I knew right then that it was a scam. I told her I was no longer interested. She said well I have all your information. I said no more contact. She said the money would be delivered to my door and I would have to pay the fee. I didn’t respond. She got back to me and threatened me saying the FBI would be coming to my door. Other clues were that she misspelled her name , Francis with an I not an e. She also used poor grammar. Now I’m worried about what she can do with my picture, license, name,address, phone, and email.

I am 87. I live only on SS I own a Condo that I am trying to sell. Still owe $59 thousand on it. Have it rented right now, it is paying the mortgage & maintenance right now my health is so so at this point. I am a Diabetic I live in a small condo that belongs to my daughter & son in law , but things are very tight. I owe on my credit. I pay my bills on it. I have been frauded 4 times in a yr & a half And I owe on two back cards. A struggle I got your name from a good friend. I really could use some help now. My kids can not help me any more. What can you do for me ?

Frances is supposedly able to get grants for individuals. She took all my info from bank etc and then wanted 300$ up front? If I had 300 I would pay my elec bill...she rquested and got photo's of my debit card and DL...and keeps bugging me...had me install cash app so i could send her money even after i told her I hAd no money.. I quit responding to her completlely.

Was approved for grant....as of today have paid 4500.00 and still no grant....now person wants 3000.00 more....claims it is for BEA...2500 00 SUPPOSEDLY went to irs....paid this with i tune cards.....when did irs accept i tune cards for money never recieved.....now BEA ????.....not sending more...cant and dont have the finances....they took all i have....on ssi and losing home....disabled senior citizen
