I was redirected from a site purporting to be a government health insurance site to this site and I didn't notice the URL change until after submitting the information. They asked for phone number, address, and some basic health info like height etc.

That was yesterday, in the last 7 hours I have received over 20 calls from them from multiple numbers and every time I block a number they call on a new number. This is harassment and clearly some kind of scam. One agent, after I asked him to remove me from their list as I'm not interested, he told me I "shouldn't sign up for things if I didn't want to get phone calls" and clearly did not remove me as I continue to receive calls from new numbers.
