I received an email from a collection agency, WE COLLECT, stating that I owed $489.00 to Fourth Ridge LLC and that if I paid them right away, it would cost me $366.75. I or my wife do not remember this transaction and the only computer work we have done on our computers have always been via GEEK SQUAD.

I asked WE COLLECT as well as Fourth Ridge why I never received any regular mail concerning this debt. WE COLLECT stated that they stopped sending out mail due to COVID and only sent out emails. I don’t remember any emails from either company however, I have been receiving scam emails which I immediately delete if transaction is not recognized.

I’ve visited the ScamPulse.com site and have noticed that although Fourth Ridge is not a member, other complaints such as mine have been filed.

I have the same experience with Fourth Ridge LLC claiming I owe them and that WeCollect is the company dealing with the collection. I never had any business dealings with Forth Ridge LLC.
I just want WeCollect to stop sending me emails. It is a scam and a form of harassment.

They claim to be a debt collection agency. Collecting a debt for Online Web Support Services. They contacted by email. Had my name, address, email address, cell phone number and partial credit card number. They are claiming to be collecting for a company called Fourth Ridge LLC, for web support that never happened. This company's have no address', just a phone number and an email address. Same person that calls back but never answers the phone. They are claiming this is from 2/21/2019. Never heard of this company and never received any other information or a bill, as they are claiming for this so called service that was done.

Same problem. Looked it up and hardly anything on the company besides the BBB's website and them replying to a comment saying that it is a real charge.
