Regional Manager! Your resume has been approved. Please find the job details and
our application agreement below.
FORM Company is a growing company
recruiting talents along the country to create an extraordinary group of
leaders. You can help us in our mission in all its aspects.
This offer
which you replied to is dependent on passing the probationary period (please see
the agreement).
After the 3-4 weeks of the training you will get $1,890.
Later, on a permanent basis, your starting income will be $4,710 per month with
bonuses for successfully completed tasks.
Please look through the
attached document and send it back with your signature on the last
page.

I further inquired:
"Thank you for offering me this job. However, I have a few questions before I sign the contract that I hope you won't mind answering.
1. Who are you all? What is FORM? I don't recall applying with you all, but I have applied a lot of places desperate for a job so I may have and forgotten. My apologies if that's the case.
2. What do you guys do? I don't know what the job requirements or responsibilities are.
3. Where is this job located?

They replied with this:

- Proficiency in PC knowledge including familiarity with a Windows XP environment and confident PC user;
- Perfect social, organizational and communication skills both verbal and written;
- Strong listening skills, ability to deal discreetly and professionally with customers in a fast paced client focused call center;
- Ability to feather with others, accept meaningful feedback and show positive behavior;
- Passion for excellence in terms of treating and caring for customers;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Excellent deciding and logical thinking.
The full list of your duties will be:
- Monitoring company’s corporate intranet secure system and checking for new messages or assignments periodically during the working day.
- Coordinating and developing new hire process, paperwork and various HR functions.
- Providing clerical and administration functions by performing various tasks as filling, ordering of supplies and overall facility management.
- Coordinating benefits enrollment.
- Assisting in the applicant screening process, coordinating interview agendas, tracking compliance and setting up meetings.
- Responding to requests for verification of current and past employment.
- Controlling financial transactions between the company and its employees / clients.
- Monitoring employee and company operating account activity and withdrawing funds transferred by the client for further assets distribution to the investment managers, clients and outsourcing workers.
- Controlling actual status of the investment transfer, transferring clients’ assets to the European and Asian investment accounts using client selected financial options.
- Confirming successful assets transfers and registering task results into corporate intranet secure system.
- Sorting, checking and recording client information. Maintaining communication with managers from the European region to ensure client’s assets reach the destination.
- Protecting any financial operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential.
You will work from home right now. But soon the company is going to set up a new branch near you (this is another reason why you have been chosen for this position) so later we are going to offer you a vacancy there."
Since then I've been doing little assignments for them, including sending money they put in my bank account to foreign countries to people listed as "clients." Since the beginning of this year, they have been very silent and not contacting me, fittingly around the time where the supposed training period is to end and the first $1,800 I was supposed to received. To whom much is given much is required, and my naive optimism blinded me from seeing this as a scam from the start as no one just offers that kind of money like this. So the time I would have been spending looking for a job was wasted because I thought I had one with them. Please catch and eliminate them please.
