I contacted this company for a service and I was provided bogus papers to send to the DMV. The DMV denied the paper provided by Forevertint.com. There are a ton of threads with people complaining about the same situation happening to them and its honestly unfair. This company is a scam and people should be aware so it can stop happening to honest, hard working people.

Website mimics a real Telehealth Website. Booked an appointment to speak with a health professional and it ended up being a SCAM. No way to contact. No one contacted me. All contact info is fake. Doctor seems real but i doubt she has anything to do with this site after looking up her name. Scammer used a Square Account to receive the money.
