First line of letter tries to ask complete confidentiality with target. Claims that target was contacted because they share the same last name and nationality as deceased claimant. Deceased claimant will have a random first name followed by the target's last name. Scammer wants 10% of offered 9.8 million dollars to give to charity. Last line once again insists on high level of confidentiality.
