Same scam as I've seen reports of here: He states that he has a client who died intestate and that over a decade they have searched for relatives. The client is originally from the US and "given the circumstances, I would like to speak with you regarding the possibility of presenting you as the next of kin...alllowing you to claim the dormant estate account, which currently holds a balance of $15,245.000..." and asks me to contact him by email. I of course did not but want to be sure others don't engage and hand over information. No address listed on the letter, despite the letterhead, and no return address on the envelope.
