Received damaged shipment from “Ford Parts One” via ups. Contacted ups to file a claim and they requested shippers address and phone number & “shipped contents” of the package. Contact for this information was via email at the company sales email address about the contents and the shipment being damaged and a request for the phone number. This resulted in what on face value appeared to be “various people” responding to the requests without addressing my request for a packing list and in 5 emails requesting a phone number - with no reply to those specific questions - the only questions. Checking with the local government business license office - there was no business license for “any” business at that address. The do not respond to any request for a fixed address, phone number for the business and have distanced themselves via email from the individual who’s name was listed as the shipper of the ordered product.
