The URL and company name do not match up, so I contacted the ScamPulse.com and was told they have no information on the company. The ScamPulse.com suggested contacting the New York Secretary of State to find out any information on the business. That call resulted in the same response, so I called the phone number listed for the business. The man I talked to said it was a scam and that they were using his phone number and that he had contacted the FBI. He said there are six websites, all sourced from India. The URL includes the name Laker realty but there are no listings for that in Brooklyn, New York, where the business claims to reside. Here is the information from the contact page on the website:
