“So, I received this today and it doesn’t work. Please see both the video of it not functioning whatsoever, as well as the photo of the shipping label which shows it having come from a residential address of a ******* ***** in Fair Oaks, CA 95628 (screenshot from Google street view attached), completely contrary to what your tracking site notes (still says it’s in Rochester, NY - screenshot attached) based on the tracking number you provided. Additionally, and peculiarly, after peeling the shipping label off and holding it to the ceiling light, there’s another label underneath showing my mailing address, so I’m perplexed as to how your operation there works.
As noted, and as I’ve proven to you, this thing doesn’t work, so I expect a full refund returned to me via PayPal (purchase receipt attached in email to be forwarded). Kindly provide a shipping address so I can return the defective unit, otherwise, I’m happy to ship it back to ******* **** in Fair Oaks, CA.
Failure to refund me will result in my aforementioned report to the Better Business Bureau, PayPal, and the Bureau of Consumer Protection under the FTC.
