I purchased flexible mirrors based on the video add on Facebook which shows semi rigid material and mirror finish after installation. I received a very different product that arrived in a roll that was flimsy, very difficult to install with no instructions and when installed showed every wall blemish and had a lot of wrinkles. The finished product was not at all like a mirror and instead showed a very distorted reflection. Within an hour the mirror film began to lift and began to fall off the wall. I attempted to get a refund and the company tried to offer a 10% refund which I refused. This is a case of false advertising and I believe this company shouldn’t be allowed to do business in the US.
