Type of a scam Employment
JCPenney, Best Buy, Walgreens and Apple Store in my area. I replied back there was and then that is when i received text from Daniel saying he has sent an approval email before and also sent details of my assignment and i would receive welcome/shopper package in the mail to kindly deposit and get back to him via email/text for assignment instructions 9/18. I received another text on 9/19 wanting to know when the payment was deposited and when will i begin my assignment. I did receive an envelope via Priority Mail 2 Day which i didn't open up till the next day and when i opened it there wasn't anything in there. I took picture of the envelope and sent to Daniel informing him it was empty, he never responded back. I knew this was a scam when the stated in email he sent check for $2350, wanted me to purchase $1900 in money orders from Post Office. Gaylord Thomas from LinkedIn is the person who sent me the link to sign up for Market Research (his profile is no longer on LinkedIn).
