I received a decline transaction when I looked at the transaction it stated the following:

Transaction amount 12.99 USD

Located at fndgfnlv.com in 8336902244 UNITED KINGDOM

Date 12/12/2022 04:19 AM US/Pacific

I went to the website and there was a chat option. They could not tell me what the charge was for and when I stated I would report they closed the chat.
