When I tried to use it, it does not either show flight cost or voucher amount; it only shows a $25 transaction fee; Mariah refused to provide a phone number to guide me through reservation, then she told me through email that the voucher is $1,015.25, I could only use the voucher once on American airline no matter how much the flight
would cost.
