This company is a rip off. I order a product from them on the 3rd. of February, on the 4th. a tracking number was produced and on the 5th. the money was withdrawn from my account. The item was supposed to be delivered before Valentine's day and I never received it. As of today 3/1/19, I still haven't received the merchandise. On their website they only allow good reviews and also on the social media. I've contacted them numerous times via email and the same automated message is returned back to me. I lost money, patience, time and energy dealing with this fraudulent company.
