Horrible clothes and horrible customer service!

The sweaters arrived, with weird looking shoulders, they stick out and just looks odd. they were made badly and are very cheap looking.

I contacted them to returned, to no avail. they asked for pictures and I sent, they said they were fine and to try them again or sell them to someone else.
Then they offered 15% of price if I withdrew my complained with PayPal .

they will not accept returns and its been over a month and they now offered me 20 % of price if I withdraw my compliant.

The sweaters are not wearable.

Horrible!!

Badly made clothes, they will not accept returns, are trying to convince me to keep or sell to someone else!
The shoulders stick out and the sweaters are cheap looking and do not fit correctly.
they should not be doing online business.
Its been a month and unless I remove my complaint, they have offered to refund 15%
then they offered 25% then they said 50%.

Cannot Return despite poor quality and doesn't fit

I've been going back and forth with this company now for weeks after waiting a month and a half to get my items. They don't fit, the material is NOT linen as advertised - but I'm getting the run around. Was asked to send pictures, which I did. Then told that the items look great, why not try them on? Oh they don't fit? Why not give them to a friend! Despite their website displaying a clear return policy, I am getting the run around. After jumping the last hurdle, I am now told that the costs to ship back to China are prohibitive, so why not look again at the items and consider if I can make them work or give to a friend. I'll never buy anything again from an Instragram ad. This is the second time this has happened, but this time I spent way more and I'm not inclined to give up on getting some refund!

Worst quality ever!!!

I have to say that I have never seen such poor quality in fabric. I don't even understand how someone decided to use the fabric for clothing in the first place and then sell items made with it. I will have to use it as a rag because they do not accept returns. Please do not fall for the lies on their website. It says they have a return policy. They absolutely do not accept any returns, nor do they give refunds. I would just stay away from this site. Do not purchase from them, do not waste your money.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Steer clear away from this site. I experienced the same exact things the last two reviews stated. The quality of the clothing isn't great and if you want to return your clothing, you will have to pay more for the return shipping cost than for the clothing itself. AVOID THIS SITE!

Will you get your order? Yes. Will the clothing be as advertised? Mostly no. The quality is really bad and does not look as advertised for about 90% of their items. Any type of jean material will be as advertised but other than that, not so much. The sizing is way off and their return policy is very fishy. They tell you that you can return but then go on to say not if you order the wrong size, but you think you are ordering the right size and they trap you when it doesn't fit. They try to convince you that the quality is top notch and fits how it's supposed to even when you have pictures showing quite the opposite. They tell you that it's not advised to return anything because it will cost so much money to send it back to CHINA and because we are in the middle of a pandemic...their warehouse in America is apparently closed because of the pandemic but everything in America is currently open and functional so they are trying to tell me that a foreign country can import to our country during a pandemic but a facility in our own country will not? IT MAKES NO SENSE. They do not have any intention of EVER refunding you or letting you return anything. Just about 100% of their reviews are fake even if they seem real. Needless to say, I am stuck and can't get a refund so I strongly suggest not ordering from these people. There is nothing you will be able to do to get a refund.

This company advertises on Instagram a great deal. I purchased these two items and they arrived over a month later. They didn't fit me; one was too large the other was too small but they both claim to be “M”. The website accepts a 30-day return policy. https://www.flornana.com/pages/return-policy

When I tried to return it... this is what they said.

There where many emails between this vender and myself. They want me to ship it back to China at my cost. Which was more than what the cloths Items were worth. So I had to get PayPal involved and reveal their fraudulent business practices to get my refund. Then they threated me with this email.

Dear customer

We have refunded you in paypal . Please send back our clothes or send us your PayPal email number , we will send you a payment request for 50% of the price.

Otherwise, your records will involve credit card fraud, which will affect your future online shopping credit
