I purchased a CEU bundle and the money was taken from my account and I attempted to log in to start the classes and it kept prompting me to purchase again. I sent multiple messages and no response and also called the phone number on the website but it was a recording saying if you need assistance use the online chat. There is no actual person on the chat. It is a form to submit a question or issue but it has been weeks with no response. They now have all my info such as address, credit card info, and my license number.
