I signed up for a class on specific dates and times, $100 and they make you preauthorize additional $195 before first class. Was told to only communicate through email, good idea. I get a call from the number included stating that class is going to have to be rescheduled. I signed up for certain dates and times for a reason, theyre not upholding that. In the call the lady said i can get a refund and it will be 30 days. I ask her to send me the information in email as they called me outside of their email only rule. She got very nasty and said ya know what its nonrefundable. I believe it is wrong for any person or business to keep free money, I told her i want to cancel and to stop future charge. She says non regundable. How is this legal? So far they have $100 and will be getting another $195. After the ordeal i went through all of their reviews and some mention a scam and withholding money, another states that they withhold their certificate unless a good review is left.
