I tried buying some floating inflatable suits online, I placed the order. It confirmed that I would receive the items about a month later. After 2 months (1 month after I was supposed to receive them) I reached out to their customer service via email. It took a week to receive an email. They continuously said the item would be shipped soon, it was in transit or should be receiving it soon, but never provided any other information such as a tracking number, where it was coming from, or estimated delivery. Then after I asked for a refund multiple times since it was obvious the items were not shipped or coming at all, they said it we didn't get it by a specific date they would give a full refund. It has been at least 4 months since that date, and 11 months in total. Still have not received the items or a refund.
