This is supposedly a real estate course using other people's money but the money back guarantee got denied on a flimsy excuse that the courses were not studied, yet when you read the course it's been programmed to show unread no matter how many times you read it and also it does not tell you that the program is not feasible if you have bad credit, instead it takes your credit card, offers you a health finance credit line and proceeds to charge your card $480 dollars monthly for this 13 chapter course that never marks read. I am only speaking out now because I feel that this scam is actually taking advantage of people and makeing their credit score lower it's not helping anyone make any real earnings. Most people have no positive results and it's just a well kept secret because people are ashamed to admit they were dumb enough to fall victim exactly as I am.
