Scammed Again

This company is a scam. Customer service is a Google phone line that will never be answered. Address is fake too. Try to get your money back from paypal if you can.

I ordered a “My Magic Mixie” on December 8th & received a purchase confirmation. It is now January 4th & the delivery status is still “will ship ASAP”. Needless to say this item never arrived for Christmas Day. I have reached out to the company via phone & email to no avail. Definitely lost out in money but was most disappointing is that my child did not receive a gift from her very short wishlist. Awful.

Order a Gabby’s dollhouse on Dec 1st. Recvd payment confirmation but haven’t heard anything since. Still says will ship out asap. I’ve called the number and emailed many times with no response. Filed a complaint with PayPal and now waiting to see if I cs. Get the money back. Def going to have a very disappointed little girl on Christmas morning.

Purchased the mixie mix on dec 4th i was charged via Paypal when I got receipt had chinese writting on it. Today dec 19th i haven't heard about any shipping or tracking information. Send them several emails and also called the number they provide which is a google number no one picks up. I am going to report to paypal see if I can get my money back. Shame on me for not looking up the company first and shame on google for advertising them.

If you call their “customer support” number it’s just a google number that no one answers. I ordered a gabbys dollhouse for my daughter for Christmas. They took my money but never shipped it. They do not respond to emails. They do not answer the phone. I paid using PayPal thankfully so I’m hoping I’ll eventually get my money back. I filed a dispute. I saw under PayPal a bunch of Chinese letters as the seller. So who knows who they really are. Google advertised this place so that’s pretty disappointing too!

I was online shopping and Googled “Magic Mixies Magical Misting Cauldron with Interactive Pink Toy”. This website called “Flexe” came up! I purchased the toy with PayPal and started second guessing myself when the purchase said it was being shipped from Tulsa Ok, in the United States but it was going to take 20 days to get here! Then my PayPal receipt showed a bunch of Chinese symbols! I tried tracking my package and it said it didn’t exist! I tried calling the phone number and it’s not even a legitimate number! I also emailed and have had no response! I googled the address that they have listed and it’s a regular house (not a business) I’m fighting to get my money back from PayPal. Buyers beware! Shame on me for not doing more research on this company! When you google it there are plenty more negatives about them it’s not just me!

I bought something on the 1st of December, and still has yet to ship out. Also, the website never charged tax, or any fees at all, and compared to other sites, has a discount that’s too good to be true (close to 50% in my case). Multiple google reviews show that others have the same issue and have tried to contact the website with no success. I may never get my money back, but this website cannot be messing with people and their hard-earned money.

The phone number is an Illinois number, address is of Oklahoma, and the PayPal receipt for the issuer was in some mandarin or Chinese script.

I purchased a large toy through this website and paid through Paypal. Total was $58.99. When I could not get the company to respond with the status of my order, I contacted Paypal for a refund. Paypal denied my request after they received tracking information from the company. When I tracked the package, it showed it had been delivered. When I called the post office, they stated I had been scammed. The tracking number provided went to a completely different address and weighed less than one ounce. The same company sent out 105 envelopes locally - all with different tracking numbers.
