Fleet Resolutions Reports & Reviews (3)

Lewis called me from 515-355-1144 re an Enteprise Rental. Rude doesn't begin to describe it. Would not give me his last name or email contact. Claimed I was breaking the law & using an alias. The name he said I was using was that of an ex from 10 years ago that I never used. Then said he knew that I was a psychologist which I'm not. I said I'm a lawyer & business PhD which he said was a lie. I asked him why he had this info & why was it relevant. He said that he had Googled me! Why? The 1st question is why did Enterprise turn me over to repo even tho I had followed their directions to the letter. Had only had the car 1 week & simply wanted to extend the rental. 2nd question is why would a reputable company use such a seamy service? No words.

Just got a call from a James from Fleet Resolution at 204-674-5419 ext. 307. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. He left a message stating he needed to talk to me right away concerning a very important and time sensitive matter. I never even heard of this company and after viewing other people's experience with this I didn't call back and I blocked their number.

This Emily at X117 at 630-529-6429 called my husband and said she was looking for a certain person that might be related to me. Apparently this relation rented a car and put down my husband's cell phone number and my name as a reference. I have never heard of the person nor would anyone have my husband's cell phone number. I called back, and got a man, and I asked for a website and he said that he didnt have one and I asked for his business license number which he would not give to me.
