Ad on multiple social media platforms. Selling cheap clothes like some other new companies out now. Item said to take 2 weeks. 30 days later tracking said delivered. It wasn't. Reached out to flectize, told them, they said would resend. 15 days later same results. Asked for refund. Flectize said may take upto 30 days to get refund. Over 30 days no refund. Contacted customer support again. Says will take upto 30 days to receive refund. Ordered almost 2 months ago. Scam artist. Buyer beware
