This company left flyers throughout my neighborhood offering a deal on snow removal for the entire season. We ended up signing a contract with them and paying up front for 10 snow pushes, including our driveway and walk, which cost $195 for the season. They never showed up to stake our driveway and they never came during the first snow of the season. After 24 hours we called and emailed but their number went straight to voicemail. They sent out an email to all customers saying they were dealing with truck issues but that they'd be out soon. They finally got back to us over 72 hours after the snowfall but by that point we had already cleared the driveway.

We found out after reading complaints from other customers, as well as a warning on NextDoor.com, that this has been a pattern for them over the past few years. They offer low cost snow removal and require money upfront. When it actually snows, they claim to have equipment issues and either never show up or show up once per season. I believe they either do not have proper snow removal equipment or do not have nearly enough to meet the needs of all of the customers they take on. They have no intention of actually providing service 10 times a season and that is why they ask for the money upfront.

We requested to cancel our service and receive a refund, since no service was provided but they stopped all communication once we requested a refund.
