They remove their listing from indeed as soon as they had around 10-20 people apply. First Jefferson, First Raintree, First Round Rock, First Pleasant and First mathis all owned by the same David Eriksen. I think these are all aliases to jump amongst when one gets too much heat.

I recently received an email too about a job opportunity to make $3500 a month as a customer service representative. Position intrigued me however, it seemed like a scam when it said that i would have to open up an account with a credit union and have transfers completed for 8 weeks, before being linked to a corporate account. Glad I googled business and read more into it.

Same experience here. Email states:

Dear “My Name”

Our company has found your application and our HR team would like to give you a chance to apply for a vacancy as Customer Service Representative.

At this time we are hiring part time associates.

First Jefferson Capital Funding, LLC considered your resume and would like to offer you a home-based vacancy.

Starting Monthly Paycheck: 3,500.00 dollars plus additional bonuses and Full Benefits Package
Responsibilities are the following:

* Provide service to both future and existing customers
* Build and support productive business connections with consumers
* Creating an environment of solid customer service through ensuring client transactions are processed accurately and effectively
* Guarantee that all transactions are processed in accordance to policy and procedure as well as in a timely manner
* Processes transactions and currency orders

I immediately Googled the business name and first checked the BBB. I'm very glad that I did because the business is flagged as not being in good standing/existing. The email tried to lure me with a work-from-home proposal. My last name in the email isn't even my legal last name.

I had a similar offer of a work-from-home job. I also Googled the company and they had a legitimate looking website. However, I looked up their stated address and found that it was the office of a securities fraud attorney!
