Scammers.

These dumb mother[censored]ers called my uncle's phone on behalf of my brother about some "debt" and court bull[censored]. They called from a 833-288-5111 number. 1st of all, when you receive a court order, a sheriff will come by and serve you papers, not call your damn phone. So I called back and pretended to play along and I asked him what it was about, he said this it was a court order about a "judgement"...lmao this [censored] is really making up [censored] as he goes along. So I decided to tell his stupid [censored] to stop scamming people. I am gonna prank call him all damn day just to waste his time like he did everyone else. Get a [censored]ing job, lazy [censored] scammers.

Scam about legal action/lawsuit

These people called my mother. I’m 45 years old I knew it was a scam but for entertainment purposes I called. A man picked up I said someone called and he said my name and did some clicking then said oh you had a Victoria secret car years ago about 10 years ago and you have legal fees and lawyer fees and they are taking you to court. Not sure why they took so long. I said what are you talking about I paid that years ago. And why are you calling family members with my information. That’s illegal. He said yes it is when they are your reference I said since when you apply for a credit card and use a reference. Still illegal. He began to yell and said you are misinformed and hung up lol. Do not fall for scam. I just called to curse them out. lol.

This "company" contacted me and threatened me with legal papers, or something.

I received a call from someone at "LSM and Associates". I am a cybersec professional, so I decided to entertain this and gave them a call back. Apparently, the person who answered was a male who sounded extremely non-chalant and said he wanted to help me in any way possible. So, I told him I do not know what he is referring to and I hung up on him. I looked them up online and LSM Associates is either an Investment Firm, as well as an Insurance Agency. When I called back a second time after finding this information, an older sounding lady answered. I asked her what the name of the business was, "LSM and Associates" and I asked what type of business they do. They said debt collection for civil matters, or something. I then asked if they were an investment firm, or an insurance agency and they said No. Then I asked for their website and GO-FIGURE..they do not have a website. This is a complete scam and dont be scared if they call you. They tried everything contained in the scammer book. They threatened me with legal action, they said they were going to serve me at an address(I live in a completely different state form where they stated the papers were filed) and they even tried to "settle" for an "original" amount over the phone. No idea what the original amount is that they were referring to. When I told the old lady on the phone that I am a cybersec pro, she yelled "YOU KNOW WHAT.." and I hung up. This is a scam. Dont believe their lies.

Scammer collection

I keep getting threatening voicemails from this company. They tell me it is for a civil case. They have my name correct, but my age and the last 4 of my social are incorrect. They tell me (each time) it is my final notice and that I will be served within 48 hours (I never am). I do not engage with them at all. I believe they want me to give my correct age and social. They also threaten to contact my employer. I called the number of the “original complaint” they gave, and got an answering machine. The voice was that of the same lady who left the threatening message.

Threatening

They called and left a message stating they were from the county processing center. Left a very threatening message stating that a case number, and stated if the person the asked for (not me) did not respond to the call, they would show up to the persons place of residence and work to "serve legal documentation". The call back number they gave was completely different than the number the called from. They ended the call with "(name of person) you have been notified." The only reason I even got the name of the company name is because I called the phone number, because they stated they were calling from the county!

This scam was so convincing it worried the hell out of me!

A woman, Gabrielle Miller, repeatedly calling me from a local number and left a voice mail saying she needed papers signed and threatened to reach my place of employment. I called back and a Scott Wagner said I owed $500 from 2018 to Fast Net and planned to serve papers on me to recover the money.

833-844-3200 left voice-mail

A man left a voicemail saying that he was calling for a name that was not mine and I did not recognize. Said this person had 24 to 48 hours before they would send a process server. I used the call blocking number to call them back and tell them whoever they are trying to get a hold of, they didn't. I also told them they were [censored]. If you're going to call the phone numbers back, at least block the number you were calling from.
I have do not disturb on my phone since I get so many spam calls. I won't answer unless the phone number is already in my phone. A lot of the times the phone won't even ring because it will automatically decline the call. Most of the scammers won't leave a message. Some of them are mad at me and leave ear piercing screeches. They are mad at me because I answer the phone and don't say anything or I let music play LOL

COMPLETE SCAM

Called today from a local number, claiming to have legal documents to serve me within 24 to 48 hours. Said he was with the county processor. I asked which county. He said Slidell, which is the name of the town. I proceeded to tell him that, along with the fact that there are no counties whatsoever in the state of Louisiana. He proceeds to tell me that regardless of that fact, I would be served. He gave me the lady 4 of my social. I told him I didn't care what info he gave me, that he didn't have papers to serve. He asked if I was sure. I said yes. He said why. I said because "you are a [censored]". He said "[censored] you b[censored]" and hung up. Hahahahhaha!

Called me today from a 331-216-0426 phone number threatening that it was my final notice before serving me with court papers. I called the number they left (833-844-3200) and spoke with a Gina Boraco and she told me I owed for a debt that I am already paying to another company that has provided me with documentation of said payments. When she found that out she was extremely rude and hung up on me.

4 yr old credit card payment

They hired a Processor from Fulton County(Atlanta) to call me and say that they were serving papers to an address where i no longer live , and send a judgement to my employer to have my wages garnished.. I was told by someone if action is to be taken towards you , you will not be told upfront what is going to happen.
