I was having a problem with my printer, so I called HP printers. And was transferred to a tech named Sam Glam. I was charged 199.99 for the cleanup and then paid for the firewall for a total of 540.17 of which I paid with my credit card. The balance to be paid in 30 days. When the scammer tried to run the card again, it was rejected because I had used a low limit credit card. Thank goodness.
