My mother came across this website while browsing for teacup shih tzu puppies to adopt as a gift for my dad. The website was offering a 50% off Sale for the puppies with the total cost of $550 including shipment to her house which was on another state. The reason for the cost of the puppy being so low was because the scammer statedthey were leaving for England on a biblical mission and needed to place to puppies in homes. She received an email stating they felt comfortable putting the puppy in her home and needed her to wire $550 via western union immediately, which she did. BAD MOVE. The most ey gram was to be addressed to Francis Walker in Plano, Texas. After the allegedeath Francis Walker received the money transfer, my mother received a phone call stating they needed an additional $1900 for a special carrier in order for the puppy to fly. That's when my mother realized she was a victim of a scam.
