I was not personally scammed but I had a funny feeling about the job interviews and the company Fierce Consulting. I looked at the website which was geared mainly towards finding employees not towards clients. They also had left the links to all their social media at the default, because they do not have any social media accounts. I was interviewed by two seperate guys, both seeming friendly and well dressed, both not very interested in learning about myself (had not even reviewed my resume) and seemed to be more interested in selling the company and the position to me. Both of which were very vague. They told me about their fortune 500 companies including the New York Yankees as well as in this area Spectrum (formally known as Charter). The position was a "management training" position and they wouldn't really tell me the day to day operations of the position only saying that we have meetings and then we go out to "sell". I also asked about compensation in which they told me was 100% commission based and that I would most definitely make up to $900 a week. I then looked into the owner of the company Tofiq Bolwala who had started and closed multiple marketing companies around the country each with reviews from employees stating that the company never paid them and that the company was poorly run and managed. I also found multiple class action lawsuits against Tofiq that each claimed that they had worked for one of his firms and had never gotten paid. Overall these marketing and management positions are actually recruiting for those guys that bother you in Walmart to try and get you to sign up with Charter. It seems to me from what I've found is that this is a multi level marketing company that jumps around the country trying to find new people to join up. I can't say that alI mlms are bad or that this business is doing anything illegal but they are most definitely misleading and have a bad history that points to misconduct.
