Sent tracking number after I sent an email. Tracking number showed it was at the local post office. I went to the post office and they had no package with my name, address, or tracking number.

Hang Lei from website insisted that I needed to send the package back in order to get a refund but I never got a package. I corresponded back in forth with Hang through multiple email exchanges which he kept saying I needed to return the package to receive my money back.

I finally said I’d be turning their company in for fraud with the BBB. I have not heard back from Hang since.
