I needed insurance supplement options and their phone representative connected me to a sales agent in my area and I got better coverage now than before. However, I still get calls from them. Their service is great but there seems to be no coordination between the sales department and the service department.

Agreed. I'm a disabled veteran and their supplement plans are better than my tricare insurance option. I got better coverage through them.

These people have driven me nuts calling three to four times a day ive repeatedly told them to take me off their list if they are not calling me for added benefits now they call for diabetic treatment supplies even though im not diabetic and also burial insurance and then they hang up when i say im only 35 they wont stop calling

YESSSSS FFS They need TO STOP. They are calling my business number?

Festive Health is a registered company located at 7850 Ulmerton Rd, Largo, FL 33771 which appears to be a medical office park. It is in the Tampa Bay area. The company is legit however the constant phone calls may be a scam or phishing. When I received the first call I asked where they got my info from which included my age. The guy told me that they got the info from Medicare. I found that surprising as I only recently turned 65. I am still investigating this claim. However, I contacted Festive Health through their website and told them I was on the DNC list and have been since 2012. I then wrote that if I received another call I would contact both the NY State and Florida State Attorney Generals for the purpose of filing harassment and fraud complaints. I haven't heard from them but I haven't received another call. And you can find the office address on Google Maps.

I have told these people REPEATEDLY to stop calling and to take me off of their list but to no avail. They continue to call, even more than once a day. This is harassment and there has to be a way to make it stop.

I'm getting repeated calls from these people, despite the fact that I am on the DNC registry and have asked repeatedly to be removed from their list. It IS possible to sue for this kind of harassment...if you can get some valid contact info on the company. So far, I have been unable to obtain any valid contact information for Festive Health, but if I get the info, I will post it here for any other harassment victims who may want to pursue legal action.

These [censored] call everyday. Sometimes 3 times a day. The caller ID indicates they are local to me in Detroit. Their real address is Largo Florida. If they are legit why do they disguise their location?

+3

How did you find out they were in FL? Are you sure the Festive Health in Largo, FL is the same company calling you? I am trying to find some legit contact info for the Festive Health telemarketing company in order to be able to start a harassment lawsuit, so any info you have would be helpful.

As far as I'm concerned, I really needed some extra coverage for my prescriptions as I'm a heart patient. I have to take extra medicines. Just like everyone they reach me too, they had all my information and then they transferred me to a person in North Carolina, my state. His name is Marvin and now I'm dealing with him whatever the issues are so you know, every one experienced different scenarios. I had not to buy anything there they asked me for My Medicare ID and SS I didn't gave it to he person who transferred me to Marvin, I started my drug plan with Marvin and so far it is going good. I have not paid any copays on extra medicines yet. So it is a good experience for me.

I bought a new insurance plan through them and their phone person even explained to me how to test my blood sugar everyday with less pain. Now, I regularly test my glucose without hesitation. However, the constant phone calls is annoying even though they have good insurance plans.

Whomever this group is calls me every morning as early as 5:30 AM. Then they call me several more times during the day from different phone numbers so that blocking does no good. I tell them every time to not call me again, but they continue to do so! This is disrupting my life, causing lack of sleep, etc. They are worse than my neighbors' barking dogs. How do I get rid of them! I want $50,000 from them for harassment!

Have received 2 phone calls today from a Florida number. First one I didn't answer. Second one a lady with a strong accent asked for me and said she saw that I could be eligible for added Medicare benefits. She asked if I was on Medicare, gave me my home address and started asking questions for personal information. I asked who she was working with, she said Festive Health. I told her I was not comfortable given out personal info to someone over the phone that was not actually calling from Medicare. I told her to take my nimber off their list.

Since these people at Festive Health are at the top of my list for harassing me, I'd thought I was already on the donotcall registry. For other folks, here's a cut and paste from the Internet to put your name on the donotcall registry: "To register your phone number or to get information about the registry, visit www.donotcall.gov, or call 1-888-382-1222 from the phone number you want to register." Unfortunately, it takes about 30 days for your phone registry to be "legally effective," but after that you can sue the ding dong outta these creeps! I'm livid from waking up almost every morning at 7am to their calls ... I'm retired and don't want an autorobo-phone-telemarketer-alarm to be waking me up! Advice to others dealing with these cretins, start recording the calls so you get the date and time (the number they're calling from) and get them to REPEAT the "Festive Health" part of their spiel since they say it too muddling fast (get them to spell it out). They have no phone number listed anywhere on their website or Facebook or Twitter. They ruthlessly call all the time and don't care about anyone at all.

For over three months now I have been harassed almost daily by calls from Festive Health starting at 7am in the morning and sometimes I'll have four calls a day. I can't block their phone number and I have repeatedly asked to have them remove my phone number, but I'll get another call from some other location ... Ft Lauderdale, Miami, etc. They asked me to verify my personal information such as my name, zip code, city, phone number, address and then was asked what was my age! I can't get these people to STOP CALLING ME! I'm ready to call a lawyer!

They call me starting at 4:30 am...then continue to call all day...for weeks not...I've ask them to remove my #...I've blocked ...they just call back from different #s

I have received several robocalls a week for the last month or so from Festive Health, all from different numbers in different area codes. Usually it's a woman's voice, and she sounds like she's returning a call. When she does the "Can you hear me OK?" thing, I'm just silent. She leaves an 800 number to call her back. I haven't called.

What's super annoying is that I'm on every do not call list, and I have nomorobo, too. I can't figure out how to stop them.

I'm very concerned about two calls I have received from Festive Health--one from "Shawn" (608-435-264 on my caller ID--note that it is a digit short) on 11/20/2019. He had a great deal of my personal information, which he asked if it were correct. He then requested some very personal info which I refused to give.

A few days earlier, on 11/16 I got a call from "Jason", whose number according to caller ID was 608-431-511*-again,notice that it is one digit short of a valid number. He had my name, address, date of birth and other info, and wanted the last four numbers of my Social Security number. Foolishly, i gave them because he said he was going to send me a free blood sugar monitoring system.

*Even though they said they were in Miami, they used a 608 area code, which is my area code--perhaps this is a ruse to gain my confidence.

What can I do about this? Here's their facebook page. No address anywhere. https://www.facebook.com/FestiveHealth/
