Online Retailer Scam

I placed an order online, thru feelelevate website, beg December for xmas gift, even paid extra for expedited shipping, item never came, tracking was useless, and after xmas , they tried to run up more charges on my same credit card, which thankfully my credit card company declined as it seemed suspicious to them. I am currently working for a dispute for my initial order that was charged to my card and went thru in beg of December.
This company ran charges on my card under a name called musclehub? which is how it was flagged by my credit card company,
PLEASE do not buy from this website, as you will be scammed, and get fradulent charges.

Advertised a product on a sponsored ad on TikTok. I wanted to check on shipping, because I wasn’t sure where the product would be shipped from. Had to put in my card info, which is fairly typical. Had the transaction go through without intended authorization, as I tried to read their “billing terms”. My bank texted me immediately to check for fraud. They gave me the number for the company associated with the transaction - Dapper Retail. Called them, they said I would have my money back for that transaction, of $19.90, within 48 hours. Never received. Then, ten days later, I got a text message from my bank about fraud again, as a transaction of $39.98 from Dapper Retail was pending. I hadn’t even visited the website again, let alone ordered anything. Called Dapper Retail again, they say they can only process refunds so I can expect to see that within 3 days.
