About a week later, I was contacted by one of them and shown the mark application on the official trademark site. It was actually there and live. However, I was being told that more documents were needed from me as well as an additional fee . I paid the fee. Later, I went back to the official site and noticed that the mark hadn't been filed for the multiple classes as discussed. I emailed an inquiry about why it was just filed for one class and no one responded.
I then noticed that they attempted to process another payment. It was an unauthorized charge, signaling that they had saved my card information and were charging it or trying to rather without my consent.
The "company" misleads with their offers, uses misleading documents (as confirmed with the official trademark office, in which I showed them the document I had been sent).
I did a web search of the number they had called me from and found that it linked to other websites, company names that offer the same services. I found scam reviews for those other companies online.
