This is stupid, and i am aware that people can be had by experienced scammers, but this is dumb, they had legit info from the federal trade commission to make them all legit on google and in the agency, but still no one did anything about it. What made it worse, when i asked for them to give me the receipt for all this, there was nothing. the draft came out of my account and that was it. And I still had the loan owed to me. I am at this point over the fact that i was scammed almost 1000 dollars, and may never see it again, but this should be reported. This guy in the email is still out there using it on other people.
Below is the guys name and phone and "position" at the FTC
