Officer Jacob Anderson ID# 512DC12 stated that there was an arrest warrant ID#001003636 in my name for failure to correctly file my 2013-2015 taxes. He threatened me by stating that I could resolve this matter in federal courts where I would face more than 35K in fees and 3-5 years federal jail time in the federal prison in DC or I could confidentially go to my local walmart or walgreens, get a voucher and ticket # for the amount that I owe, and submit the voucher and ticket number to www.eftps.gov

I did not believe him so I asked for the irs information to be sent to me via email or postal service and then I would submit payment. He hung up.
