Scammer has a website but talks to you by text message only. I was told by someone I knew to try it they saw the advertisement. After I texted the person I asked if they had a website they said yes and sent it to me via text. Website has limited information so I texted and asked for more info. They ask for your name, address( I gave a fake one just to see what they would say), maritial status, employment status,gender, age and why you are applying. Then they tell you to wait a few minutes while they run your info.They come back with a congratulations message (about three minutes later). They ask you how much in grants funds are you applying for AFTER approval of funds. They tell you to choose between 15,000; 25,000; 30,000; and 50,000 but you have to pay the delivery charge (starting at 500.00 and goes up) in order to have the funds delivered in 24 hours fed ex. They then send you a series of numbers supposedly the tracking #, ticket #, and reference #. After this they harrass you into sending that "delivery fee" as soon as possible.
