man called telling me my name and number had been selected in a drawing for a federal grant. he told me he would send me a western union, money gram, check or direct deposit. of a 2800 dollar grant. when I told him to take me off of call list he proceeded to tell me that he would call me back continuously tonight, tomorrow, and the day after that. I asked to talk to his supervisor and he began to fake cry at me and said oh woo hoo you want to talk to my super visor. I will call back again. I had hung up. but this is also the second time I have receive the same type of phone call I had felt very threatened with this call
