From Fabrique.com, I placed an order on 3/28, received it on 4/7, and submitted a return request on 4/10. Fabrique claims to send return labels automatically within 24 hours — it’s now day 3 and I’ve received nothing. I checked spam, emailed multiple times, and got only automated replies. There’s no phone number, no real support, and the return window is about to expire.
This seems to be a recurring issue — many reviews report the same. It feels dishonest. I liked the concept of supporting diverse designers and could’ve been a loyal customer, but this return process has been a nightmare. Extremely disappointed.
