I've been dealing with these guys, trying to make the most out of this purchase the best that I could. I believe it works, but not for me.

n Aug 2023, I was contacted by 3 different men after replying to a text from a Brett/w John Crestani, asking if I wanted to make money online. I had signed up for John Crestani’s affiliate marketing program a couple of years ago and never did anything with it. The # xxx-xxx-5009 texted back and stated that someone by the name of Andrew Reading, would be contacting me. Andrew calls me from xxx-xxx-4973 and tells me how they can help me make money fast and after a while starts asking me about my credit. That should have been a red flag for me! I basically told him how much credit I had available with the cc’s I had. He states he thinks I would be the perfect candidate for the program. He then tells me that a Danny Tapp, his supervisor, would contact me. He calls from xxx-xxx-9997. He convinces me that I should spend $11K on this program. I end up using 2 CC’s. After the transaction I had issues with my mom and called them back to get a refund. I told them that I could not commit to the time needed and requested a refund. Mr. Danny Tapp was very upset and basically I recorded the call. In case I needed it. I told Mr. Tapp that I recorded the call and that I wanted a refund. Long story shorter, I am still waiting for my refund. It is now 10/24/23 and I am still owed a refund. I have texts from Spenser at xxx-xxx-7797 and telling me he is working on my refund but basically only stalls. No services were used, no product was ever received or delivered to me.

CC was charged under STROKESCONSULTING LLC

I signed up with a online business opportunity on 3/1/22, of which, I paid $74.00. I was told I would be
contacted within 48 hours to get the process started; however, I had to keep reaching out to Digital Resources; for 2 weeks. That should have been my clue that this wasntt a good idea.
I spoke to someone who seemed very knowledgeable about an online business drop shipping opportunity. I was then told I needed to "apply" to be a part of the program. At this point, I forgot about the $74 payment I initially paid (which I thought was the entire payment needed). I was given this
speech about how "you need to invest money to make money". This person shared other stories of how people made their investments back within 4-6 months and I only needed to dedicate 7-10 hours a week. I thought, "I could do this, plus my full-time job and pay off debt in no time!" So, I invested $5,500 - I actually got a loan to get this investment through NetCredit. Regan Anderson @
Online Success Institute (I think this is apart of KPSB Ventures as well) is the person who applied for the loans with several different companies for me while I was at work. On 4/6/22 Josh Robinson @ KPSB Ventures took $200 out of my account as a deposit. Within 2 days, KPSB Ventures LLC took $4,800 out of my account to get the ball rolling on my "training". I was then setup with a third-party company, who I didn't even know existed until TWO WEEKS after the money came
out of my account, called "Kreative" who does the web designing and would ultimately be training me.This was never told to me by Digital resources, Success institute, KPSB Ventures LLC. I'm not even sure why the company has so many names!? Please note: Kreative contacted me TWO weeks AFTER the money had been debited and the contract
was signed. How is it legal for a company to designate a THREE day revoke period to back out of a contract when there is a TWO WEEK delay in response? Again, this should’ve been clear to me that this was a scam!
The trainings Kreative set up with me were few and far between. They were scheduled weekly and went smoothly for the first couple weeks, but then their staff "no showed" me. I was given to another staff member to be my trainer which then either was fired or quit, so then I was transferred to someone else.
Further, I was told by a Kreative representative that I would need to commit at least 20 hours to make this online business work, which is not feasible at all.
I finally had enough and told them I wanted to sever my relationship and asked for some sort of a refund of the $5,500. I received a call from the owner, Josh Robinson, 6/22/22 stating the only option he could give me was to set me up with another Success coach and move forward with his program. I declined
and stated, after further research and reading reviews from 2 other unsatisfied individuals, I did not want to continue. They had breached their end of the contract by not providing sufficient and reliable training and I was NOT set up with an Amazon store which is outlined in the contract. He said "too bad, you are in a contract and the only action is to move forward with training." I told him, “Did you hear me?
I do not wish to pursue anything further since your side of the contract was not upheld. You are forcing me into this business by only giving me one option and that’s to continue with your business. That is not ok! He again stated, "the only option is to stay with this company."
DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED BUSINESSES!

I have attempted to get this report removed by contacting Scam Pulse three different times, now. No one from Scam pulse has contacted me back.
I wish to get this report removed as the company mentioned above has made restitution and has granted a refund.

I spent $49,900 to FBA Success Institute and I was never sent to the company I was supposed to be sent to they also released my code word and information where I ended up loosing $12767.50 to a scam company. A Spencer Barton aka Blair the money man, kept taking money and not paying for me to go the the company that I was promised to go to. He has said that he would pay me back and still that was a lie just like all the other promises that he made and never followed through with. They are a scam company that has non-ethical people working for them, I won't trust anything doing with FBA Success Institute or TheFBACode.com they will take your money and not do what they say that they are going to do.

Advertised as online, work from home opportunity to drop ship on Ebay. However, Ebay suspended my account permanently for drop shipping using the retailers that this company said were approved to use. You pay an upfront fee for their coaching and support services to get the business established and scaled. It's bogus and as soon as I called them out on the Ebay policies, they tried to sell me on creating a website or selling my interest to another investor. I told them that I would never put another person in position to lose money while trying to make money. Don't believe the testimonials. They have people to make them when they sign up for the program.

They do business under the FBA Success Institute, the Online Success Institute, and Digital Resources and Training Center. The owner's name is Josh Reynolds and his LinkedIn profile is https://www.linkedin.com/in/evolvededgejoshua/. I have report him there as well.
