I saw a foldable cart advertised on Facebook in June 2023. Went to the site and placed the order. Immediately I received and email that said they were behind in production and would send a “free gift” in the interim. I emailed and asked for a delivery date. The free gift arrived (pair of sunglasses. The cart never arrived. I continued emailing and was told they sent it etc. For months we have emailed back and forth- no cart, no tracking number and no refund. I mailed the sunglasses back to china and demanded a refund. They have said they did- which is not true. They said they would send a cart with new tracking number. We have probably 40 emails back and forth and now they do not respond. Clearly it’s a scam. And I can’t find the website now either.
