Type of a scam Credit Cards

Said that I visit there one of the website that was there rewards sites and I was reciveing a gift card from either Walmark or Lowe’s or another company not sure the name. Well they needed my name and then address once they got that they said this was being recorded for your protection. They said all we need you to do is pay for the possessive fee And shipment of 4.99. All we need is a credit or debit card or bank account. I said I don’t have a bank accout and don’t have credit cards and can’t I pay on delivery. No we can use a per pay card. But we have to have 4.99 now. I said this much be a fruad. If it’s free why do I have to pay anything for it. She went on and on. And said this is being recorded I said I’m calling the better business beauo. And reporting u. What is the name of ur company. Then I couldn’t understand her. She was speaking good English and all of a sudden u couldn’t understand her English. So she hung up on me I call the number back and some other lady answer Gave me the same thing and this time before I expose them as being a fraud I ask what company they was with before she even gave me the information that I would have to pay 4.99. She spelled it for me Faze Company she said. She spoke good English. I said I was calling the bbb and she said ok but we are being recorded I said good. And hung up. My cell said it was from Newton, Ks
