My Fawlessdays order was damaged and they refused a refund

I was looking at website Pinterest I saw the product from Fawlessdays (their website is Flawless days) I purchased it in November for $70. I had until January 15 to get a refund. As soon as I got it, one of the one of the items was no good was damaged I complained about it. It took like two months for me to get a replacement, but in the meantime, it was started to fall apart. I showed them the video I gave them pictures and yet they told me that they could not refund me. It wasn’t even January when I started to make these complaints, they said that the guarantee was over and they could not refund my my money because it was only 15 days of guarantee which that was a lie.
