I requested a dissolution of marriage through this company. They entered my information incorrectly and this was verified when they sent me a copy of the document. They are now refusing to update the information until the second payment is made but why would I pay for an incorrect document. It is now fraud because they have someone else’s name on my document and I have no way of knowing if they corrected it. One of the addresses is incorrect on the form as well but again why am I obligated to pay for an inaccurate document. The person that I was in contact with really didn’t offer much help and was only concerned about money. This was when I realized, this is not a legitimate business. If it was a legitimate business, they would want to make sure all information on the document was correct. Now I’m out of $99 and still in the same position I was before I contacted them.
