Received a mailing in May 2026 labelled "2026 Annual Registration Final Notice (Virginia LLCs)" that looked as if it was from the Virginia secretary of state's office regarding renewing my LLC registration. The only way one would know that it ISN'T from the state of Virginia government is the mailing address says "Fast Filing Services" in the mailing address at the bottom of the 2nd page and tiny print at the bottom of the 1st page that if you look closely you can see "LLC" along with what looks like a state form number and a response deadline.
