Paid for merchandise. They said it was delivered. It was not delivered. I emailed them so they claimed they resent the merchandise; however, they did not. They have NO phone number so the only communication can be done via email. I emailed them multiple times and was told I would receive a refund. I still have not received a refund. They took the money and will not return it or send the purchased merchandise.
