I purchase 2 football jerseys from fashionzaz.com on January 22, 2023. My credit card was charged the following day in the amount of $166.00. I never received an order confirmation via email which I thought was strange. I screenshot the order number when placing the order, thankfully so I went on the website to search my order. It showed that the order has been completed. It also showed a USPS tracking number stating a shipping label has been created. It has been in that status since Jan 27th. I tried calling the number on the website several times but the phone just rings. I emailed them with hopes they would reply and provide insight. They responded a week later stating they were going to look into it and need an additional 2-3 days to do so. This morning the USPS tracking information was updated to say waiting on the product from Fast Track Inc. I researched this company and all indicators show this is a scam. At this point, I would either like my merchandise to be delivered or a full refund. Also, please alert all consumers to never order from these scam artist. The website should be shut down. Also, I reported this charge with my credit card company to prevent any future charges.
