Ordered a hoodie I saw on Facebook ad from a company called "Fashions On Us". They emailed me order confirmation and took my money immediately. Tracking # was provided in email confirmation which showed that order originated in China. Order was placed on Nov 11/18 and wasn't shipped until Nov 29/18. Tracking # showed order was delivered to Colorado on Dec 14/18 and to date (Jan 3/19) no further tracking updates have been received. Emails to company bounce back. Messaged them on FB to both their "Fashions On Us" and "Styles On Us" groups, and only the "Styles on Us" answered. They gave me a USPS tracking update (the one that showed order as delivered to Colorado). Then I messaged them again to ask for update, and they told me the order was now with Canada Post and "in transit" but the link they gave showed no record of order. They said this was because of the Canada Post strike. Messaged them again (same day) asking them to look into the order, and then they told me the order was "lost in transit" and "no worries, we'll replace order". However, when I responded asking for new tracking # or details of when I could expect the order they would not respond. It's been over a week since last communication with them. Several others on their Facebook page "Styles on Us" are reporting similar issue. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED. Even those who receive their items are reporting they are of extremely poor quality and do not look like the item they ordered.
